Yes. We use Tech Soup, but from what I remember all of that is used up with paying for AWS support for our servers that support the VCF Forum and VCF website. We usually don't have anything leftover. I have a volunteer researching software and there is a good candidate that we are evaluating: Whova. It seems to have everything that we need, is flexible and does a lot of the organizing "stuff" in one place. To qualify you must provide them with a copy of your organization's IRS Letter of Determination of 501(c)(approval), Federal Tax ID# (EIN), and other info.
