Yep, you'd want to copy that URL and then add the name of the segment associated with that in some HTML snippets, so we could incorporate that in a web page and the YouTube page.... -andy

It's possible to right click the timeline, and copy the URL at current time. It will give you a url with an extra option that I think is the offset in seconds from the start of the video.
We need a volunteer to go through the 9 hour VCF West video and write down the time stamp for each segment of the video. Also the name of the segment.
