[vcf-midatlantic] Reminder: Second Street Closure - July 8th.

      CDL will be completing the installation of the fiber optic cables 
between Buildings 9059 and 9010D on Saturday, July 8th.

Second Street will be closed to pedestrian and vehicular traffic as 
noted in red below:
