I have a pretty good writeup and info about loading BASIC onto an Altair, and if the cards are the *same port* it will work on the IMSAI as well. Assuming a MITS SIO2 or the equivalent settings such as with the Processor Tech SIO card. I have the 88-2SIO board which is supposed to be 100% ALTAIR compatibile. Off the top of my head the 1st Serial port is at 10H
Also, I didn't use any kind of loader. I ascii upload it thru the rom monitor on the 88-2SIO starting at address 0000. Then execute at 0000.
