Conner made a good point, Liability is a two way street It's wise to mandate to IA mgmt all visitors are escorted and supervised by a docent[or equivalent] Not only do you face liability if the visitor gets injured, even possibly through actions of their own But any kind of entity that visits, such as them, should have liability too, in case they damage some priceless equipment Where a docent could have prevented either such incidents.
