I've seen these particular cases with the ridges on the sides before but I'm struggling to remember who used them. Megahertz maybe?

It's probably a generic case used by a number of PCMCIA manufacturers, I've seen a variety of brands of PCMCIA linear Flash and IDE-compatible Flash in those cases. Becoming less common, but they were used a lot in industrial control stuff. Thanks, Jonathan
