Cool, I would have liked to have gone. I'm going to look to see if they posted any pics or videos On Mon, Jun 26, 2023, 2:32 PM Jonathan Chapman <lists@glitchwrks.com> wrote:
I went to Boatfest over the weekend, pretty cool little event! I only had time to hang out part of the day Saturday. Definitely a gaming focus; of course, there's nothing wrong with that. The oldest stuff in the room was probably Apple IIs. Quite a few new games released on vintage systems and retro styled games being played/displayed.
Friendly crowd, nice location. I hadn't been to Hurricane in a long time, the area around the event is definitely a successful downtown reboot, and there's hotels not far from the event space.
Thanks, Jonathan
