Personally I would think that everybody, being the “techies” that they are, would know enough to bring their own tools by now. Sure not everyone has everything and I certainly do get it, But there’s got to be some sort of sign out sheet to help eliminate any issues. Just my two pennies worth. Just a note, please don't grab the tools from the CDL and move them to 9032a. It will make it impossible to keep track of the tools.
I will be sure to tell everyone. Besides, if they did borrow tools, then they would return them as I always check 9032-A to make sure everything is cleaned up and nothing is left behind.
