At first, the boot screen told me to insert a USB drive with the recovery image.
I went to http://google.com/chromeos/recovery and created a USB drive with recovery image (15329.59.0)
I put the USB drive into the Chromebook only to get a blank screen. I left it alone for hours and nothing happened. Frobbing the power switch seems to have bricked it. It now gives a blank screen, only briefly flashing the "still updating" message. Is there any way to recover from this? Thanks
