Now that's a good question. Actually, I think I remember reading that you can just use a certain standard RAM chip - I don't remember off the top of my head, but I'll do some research later. By the way, there's a VT100 emulator in Club 100's software archive somewhere. You might find it useful. I haven't tested it though.
