You know, I've always wondered about that. I don't know about anyone else, but I was brought up to believe that I'm disrespecting both myself and my friends if I show up somewhere smelling like I live in a barn. It's just not all that hard to take a damn shower. Either find a way to show up clean and presentable, or don't show up!
No kidding. I had a boss who "didn't believe in deodorant." Not that he came from some culture where they don't use it or something. It was embarassing to go to meetings with clients in the summer. I wonder if they'll be passing out free soap at HOPE again this time... Thanks, Jonathan
