this role." That carries the weight of a decision, not an opinion.
Sure. Ed certainly has a compelling story. But we aim for mainstream
appeal in a VCF keynote.
I think "mainstream" means different things to different people.
Keep in mind that the speakers participate on their own dime (pretty
much -- we've covered a hotel room here and there.)
Which is nice to know, but does not seem germaine to my concern.
