As Jeff said -- we (VCFed, not InfoAge) have our own LTE modem, via a company called Mobile Citizen which only sells to non-profits. It's awesome -- we only pay ten bucks a month and get Sprint 4G. It lives in our museum, but we'll unplug it and walk it down the hallway to the party room. We even brought it to VCF West this year.
I think everyone-ish will be happy if someone has a Spotify or Pandora account and we set it to 60-80/classic rock hits. It doesn't need to blast, just be on in the background.
