Not sure where anyone heard about a vote, the new by-laws haven't been published yet. To be clear, the Steering Committee, in an attempt to create a professional, legal document, voted that, in the one place in the the by-laws where the event is referenced, it is not called "Festivus" (it wasn't previously referenced in the by-laws at all).
