There are plenty of CP/M Plus (CP/M 3) implementations using Z180 memory management. I wouldn't be surprised if there's MP/M examples too.
Thanks, a bit more searching and I've found the description that requires I look at clocks and such. I'll need to properly sit down and look at this to get a better grasp.
