$90 plus shipping for a monochrome composite video monitor is pretty outrageous unless there's $75 in cash taped on the inside of the set. I'd just come to a swap meet and look around, have seen similar show up in the free pile or for practically nothing. In fact I may have something similar, not necessarily Sony, but B&W composite, if you're looking...
