[vcf-midatlantic] Worst-kept secret: VCF East, April 15-17, 2016

I think a lot of people know this already, but VCF East XI (yeah, I'm using Roman numerals for now) is April 15-17, 2016. Friday -- classes + some kind of primitive software hackathon Saturday/Sunday -- morning keynotes + the usual daytime stuff As previously announced, Saturday's keynoter is Stewart Chiefet. :) Still working on a keynoter for Sunday. We had Dave Walden of BBN and ARPAnet renown, but he backed out due to health concerns.
