*Hello volunteer!* Thank you for your interest in volunteering for VCF East 2023! Volunteers are key to making our show successful. As thanks for volunteering, you will receive: t-shirt, overnight stay in the Sandy visitor center, access to the show and the warm and fuzzy feeling that you volunteered for a great non-profit like the Vintage Computer Federation. We are looking for volunteers to help before, during and after the show. *Pre-show: 12 people* - Setup tables, chairs, tablecloths, signs. - Move items from warehouse. - Setup A/V. Setup signs, etc. *Show days: 8 people per day (4-hour shift)* - Front desk - Sell tickets, swag - Manage consignment. - Operate A/V. *Post-show: 12 people for 4 hours* - Stack/move tables, chairs, beds. - Take down tablecloths, swag, signs. - Move items to warehouse. Main Setup is Thursday 10AM to 10PM. Some setup will be done on Wednesday.
