[vcf-midatlantic] Off Topic: Opinions on The Historic Village at Allaire

Alaire is pretty cool, although it runs on a shoe-string budget. The $5 admission fee is worth it just for the apple cider doughnuts at the bakery.  There's a large visitors' center that explains what happened there and several buildings.  Sadly, the iron furnace, which was the main purpose of the entire site, is just the chimney now.
