There seems to be additional issues with the CiviCRM ticketing system. I have inactivated it until we can resolve the problems. I'm going to make an EventBrite ticket event tonight. I will keep you updated.
Sorry for any inconvenience and trouble. This is a free, open source system that I have never used before. VCF West had done it without problems. But apparently it requires some tweaking for us.

Finally finished creating the new ticketing system with Bob Roswell's help.
It's not as polished as EventBrite, but at least the fees are much less. Please share it widely!
