Going from one old report to another, I found the original 1968 CDC-3600 Fortran IV source code as an appendix in a report. After correcting the many OCR errors with O/D/0/Q, I/l/1 and similar, I posted about it to the PiDP11 mailing list. Several folks joined in and the code now runs on several old OSes in addition to F77 if you want to run it on linux.
