Ethan, The information for the DSI NC2400 punch life is: Paper 2,000,000 feet Mylar 50,000 feet So it's 4/1 ratio. So, if you're not punching 9.47 miles of mylar there should not be a problem. I always heard that mylar was harder on the punch but, did not know how long it would take. Other punches could be different. I attached a screenshot of my source. I found the DSI NC2400 punch manual on bitsavers. 4:1 isn't as bad as had been suggested to me. I have a few hundred feet of mylar tape. Definitely worth punching heavy-use programs. Thx, -ethan
