E-wasting 6500 hardware? Wow, that's a bit...out there. Someone needs to grab this. (I have plenty of spares for the networks I manage) -Dave -- Dave McGuire, AK4HZ New Kensington, PA
All of the reseller so far want us to ship it to them for “assessment “ before making an offer. If you have a vendor that will pick it up , I’m open to suggestions Sent from my iPhone

I don't, but 6500 systems are very high-end and recent enough to be very useful. Trashing them seems counterintuitive. Now that I mention it, I could actually use a spare chassis, if you have a 6503 or 6504, empty. 6500 power supplies are worth money, or at least they were last year. -Dave On 9/21/21 1:51 PM, Martin Flynn wrote:

Someone already grabbed the CNMYAD9GAA low-power fan tray and the pair of supervisors. The WS-X6348-RJ-45 48 port 10/100, non-POE blades are still up for grabs. We are keeping the 6509 and 6503 chassis for the time being

I will pass on the 10/100 blade. It sucks that someone took the fan tray, making the chassis useless until it's replaced. Supervisor modules are readily available.

Ok. -Dave -- Dave McGuire, AK4HZ New Kensington, PA
Fan tray was a leftover / when we put the new supervisors in, the upgraded fan was required Sent from my iPhone
