In the interest of keeping things from escalating further please refrain from further replies to this thread. People have a right to speak and a right to defend themselves. But I think everybody will agree that doing it by email while emotions are still raw is not a good way to do it. Let's at least have a cooling off period ... it's just too easy to yell past each other and do further damage. Mike
