Looking for Dragonball (MC68EZ328) tools
All – Does anyone know of an archive of old Motorola tools for this platform? The EZ328 was used in the Palm Pilot, but I wouldn’t mind playing with a development board if one existed. I have Pilot development tools (and an old Pilot), but I’m looking to go to the hardware. I’m also looking for the old tools to get the chip into bootstrap mode (I’ve seen mention of an SRecord to bootstrap coverter called STOB.EXE, but I can’t find it.). Thanks! Yes, in Internet Time it's stone-age, but what a great integrated processor. I came across my old Palm Pilot Pro in the attic. Still works. You'll need to create an NXP account but I believe this is what you need. https://www.nxp.com/design/software/development-software/codewarrior-develop... On Mon, Nov 9, 2020 at 10:29 AM Richard Cini via vcf-midatlantic < vcf-midatlantic@lists.vcfed.org> wrote:

I saw the NOS one yesterday but not the Microtek one. Maybe for $120 I’ll gamble. Free would be better of course ☺ Rich -- Rich Cini http://www.classiccmp.org/cini http://www.classiccmp.org/altair32 On 11/9/20, 10:44 AM, "Mark Whittington" <markwhi@gmail.com> wrote: Only a couple of dev kits listed on eBay that I see, and both are >$100. https://www.ebay.com/itm/1-LOT-2-M68EZ328ADS-VER-A2-Microtek-Motorola-Applic...
