Hey everyone, We are currently in the process of organizing an indoor swap meet scheduled for February 26 from 8AM to 2PM. Vendors would setup at 7AM. It will be in 2 different buildings and 3 rooms: 9010-D, 9032-A, 9001 (dining room). Basically where VCF East was last year, but not in the consignment room (9010-C) which will be a museum soon. We are currently working through the details, but I'm hoping for: * Food available to buy on site (hamburgers, hot dogs, 4 cheese pizza) * Soft drinks, coffee, hot cocoa * Sea Cadet volunteers helping with organizing and directing people. * Overflow parking in lot where we had swap meet last year. Jeff, Touching base on technology support: * 9001 - has WiFi, with a single access point * 9010D - Has a pair of network drops, can plug in an AP for the event (really need to run cables for permanant AP) * 9032A - Deploying the first two AP on the 15th, hopefully will add then other two before the swap meet.
