There is a chance I'd get a hotel that weekend, as my wife may come out. I know folks have done that... have thee recommendations for hotels in the area? Thanks! I have had two or three good stays at the Sea Girt Lodge. Newly renovated and two lights past the Princess Diner we regularly go to. I stay there if I don't have points to burn at the chains. Amenities are nothing to speak of. $70ish off season. I've used these two full-amenity chains, both very nice: Hampton Inn Neptune Marriott Residence Inn Neptune Got one piece of advice that a lot of folks may not know; Watch out for extended stay type hotels, I have been to some that use a portion of their property for long term stay. Could be "risky". Maybe ask first if they house long term "guests".
Neptune Residence Marriott Not "cheap" but reasonable and very nice. Pool, free breakfast.
