You will need to be logged in and then you will see the discount. When you register as a VCF member you should have login info.

Quick question on tickets... what are the actual full price / early bird prices of a 1-day ticket? The only place I can find any prices is when I try to check out online, but I can't find the prices anywhere on the website... apologies if it is and I just couldn't find it. I would *assume* that the early bird discount for even non-member tickets is at least the fee for buying online, but it would be good to see a comparison to be sure. Also, the online form requires a mobile number. Is this used for anything important, or if we don't have one, can we just put in a phony number to make it happy? Thanks!

There are different prices for different categories. So assuming 18 & older: full price = $46, early bird = $36 The only place I can find any prices is when I try to check out online,

We didn't have it listed on the website only through the ticketing system.

That was the default when we set up the ticketing system. I have removed that as a requirement. Likely they would use it to send text alerts on the tickets, etc. Please let me know if you have any questions and direct them to vcfeast@vcfed.org instead of to the entire vcf-midatlantic mailing list. Thank you for your interest! Jeff Brace VCF East showrunner
Thanks!
What is the difference between member and non-member tickets? I'm only seeing one set of prices. On Fri, Mar 7, 2025, 8:01 PM Jeffrey Brace via vcf-midatlantic < vcf-midatlantic@lists.vcfed.org> wrote:

Non-member tickets are full price. Member tickets are 20% off. You have to be a member to see the prices reflected on the ordering system. Let me know if you have any other questions or have issues: vcfeast@vcfed.org

Good question. Unfortunately I was not involved with the implementation of this originally about 3 years ago. And the people that implemented it had a basic understanding and don't have to deal with it for VCF East. I'm left supporting it with minimal understanding, no help and not a lot of time. It's CiviCRM, a free plug-in for WordPress designed nonprofits. You get what you pay for! A free system with no phone number or support, do your own research and figure it out. As far as I can tell you need to ask me or another administrator to look it up. I'm researching a way that each member could get an account and the ability to login and: look up, renew, etc.
Do I get an alert at renewal time?
It seems that there is an automated e-mail that should do that. I thought it was already in place, but apparently not. I'm still learning about the system, but there are options for that.
