Someone who is a documentary producer researching 1983 TV series Whiz Kids is asking us to identify the props used in the show. Can any of you identify them? Here are the four pictures: < https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1MdZWxwpVlBdIJq3QwiYbgNb799eCA7jS?usp...
Also if you cannot identify them, then can you direct me someone to someone who can? -- ========================================= Jeff Brace Vice President Vintage Computer Federation

The oscilloscope on the shelf above the monitor is a Tektronix model 502. That's all I've got.. -Dave -- Dave McGuire, AK4HZ New Kensington, PA
That small white faced, dark sided box, with the raised back section, might be a vintage EPROM programmer. I have an old Logical Devices brand "Shooter" from that era that has the same form factor. Very cool to hear this! Years ago I had wanted ads on the internet looking for the show, and I was contaceted by the daughter of one of the producers of it. The main guy is still around but never answered emails. IIRC the TV companies I contacted didn't really have anything on it. I wish I could find 3/4" broadcast tapes of it -- they should still be of good condition and playable. Eventually this guy surfaces that had recorded the show, and he traded me for the episodes. They were in fairly rough quality but something is better than nothing. I think it's the same source as the copies that are in the wild now. I had dumped them to disk using a Matrox DigiSuite LE or Matrox RT1000 setup but don't remember if I put it in the wild. Hopefully knowledge of the show grows. I remember seeing some episodes as a kid and really liked the show. - Ethan
