Hello I am bringing 2 aluminum half pans of mac and cheese 1. Will we have access to Buffet Chafing Dishes? I am referring to these things https://www.partycity.com/chafing-dish-buffet-set-24pc-271576.html 2. If not can I bring one for the food I am bringing or is the sterno (ethanol gel cans) flame not allowed? 3. If none of the above is possible can I heat it up in one of the ovens on site (iirc they have ovens in back)? 4. Yes. I can bring the pans from storage. Sterno is allowed. I have to borrow the frame for the pans from InfoAge. Are you bringing sterno? If not, then we have some from last year. What time will you arrive?

There is an outdoor kitchen trailer that we can use if necessary. 4. Should I just bring an electric crock pot?
An electric crock pot is probably safer, but we can make it work one way or another.
