Never heard of the book. Related, Jim Sheef suggested to me a long time ago that I read "A History of Modern Computing" by Paul Ceruzzi. I got this book and read it. It's very good as a survey of computer history and does a great job telling the story of how things unfolded through to the end of the 20th century. It's a book you'd want to read more than once. I would also recommend Ceruzzi's book. When I taught computer history at the U of Delaware I recommended it to students if they asked me for a good general computer history book. Bill
Thank you, there is a second edition and I can check this out. I may get both. I have a long flight coming. On Fri, Jan 19, 2018 at 10:26 AM, william degnan via vcf-midatlantic <vcf-midatlantic@lists.vintagecomputerfederation.org> wrote:

You should ask Evan. He is the one who has done the most research about computing history in our group. On Fri, Jan 19, 2018 at 10:15 AM, Christian Liendo via vcf-midatlantic < vcf-midatlantic@lists.vintagecomputerfederation.org> wrote:
