Yeah, it's definitely a very good DOS machine, I just have another DOS machine I prefer and I need more money and space. On Thu, May 16, 2019, 12:29 PM Douglas Crawford via vcf-midatlantic < vcf-midatlantic@lists.vcfed.org> wrote:

Indeed. I installed a 5.25" drive in my 5x86 160 (133MHz CPU uplcocked to 160MHz, with 40MHz VLB bus) to write out physical media for my TRS-80 Model 4. Works great. I mainly use the system for enjoying early-90s scenedemos. (I have a Tseng ET-4000/W32p VLB gfx card that I've expanded to 2MB interleaved RAM -- fastest DOS chipset available, great for games and demos.) The machine being offered sounds like a nice one. Love those 5x86 units. https://bytecellar.com/2014/03/11/behold-the-5x86-system-build-is-complete/ bp On Thu, May 16, 2019 at 12:12 PM Douglas Crawford via vcf-midatlantic < vcf-midatlantic@lists.vcfed.org> wrote:

A bit of an update: I'm looking to sell outright. I'm asking $100 for the machine. I'm located in Quakertown, Pennsylvania. I'm willing to meet people from NJ to do a deal but right now I can't currently travel too far (certainly not all the way to InfoAge). Computer has DOS 6.22 and Windows for Workgroups 3.11 installed. I haven't touched the OS since I bought this computer a few years ago so everything is as it was when I got it. <https://www.avast.com/sig-email?utm_medium=email&utm_source=link&utm_campaign=sig-email&utm_content=webmail&utm_term=icon> Virus-free. www.avast.com <https://www.avast.com/sig-email?utm_medium=email&utm_source=link&utm_campaign=sig-email&utm_content=webmail&utm_term=link> <#DAB4FAD8-2DD7-40BB-A1B8-4E2AA1F9FDF2> On Tue, May 14, 2019 at 8:01 PM Vincent B <vincentbesse725@gmail.com> wrote:
