Vaxman,
I don't know if you received my message. I got a rather harsh reply from your system claiming that I was spam. It said "SPAM BREATH". How rude! ;) It also said, "550 I Spotted you in an RBL. SPAMBREATH!" What does that mean?
RBL -- Realtime Blackhole List Whatever you're using for your email has been listed as a SPAM source. It could be the IP of one or more of the servers, or could be the DNS listing that has been flagged. Check with MxToolbox.com
The vcfed e-mail is not running through gmail. So I guess the whole domain is flagged, so I'm guessing that anyone that has a gmail account will get flagged. On Sun, Nov 26, 2017 at 9:48 AM, Brian Schenkenberger via vcf-midatlantic < vcf-midatlantic@lists.vintagecomputerfederation.org> wrote:

I think you meant "now", not "not", because as you'll recall we recently did switch our email backend to Google.
I'm guessing that anyone that has a gmail account will get flagged.
That's not how it works, spam flags happen domain by domain regardless of the backend. Being on Google may help us to get vcfed.org off the spam list(s) because they're better known than our previous email hoster, but it's not a magic bullet. I/we still need to do some work to improve our "We're not spam, honest!" rating. I am trying to learn techniques for this. It's kind of like working on improving your credit rating.
