2mb and 4mb 85ns PS/2 SIMMs for Museum Model 70
All, It turns out that the museum’s model 70 has no RAM. Does anyone know if we have some spare? I could also use a micro channel RAM expansion board, as well, if anyone has one. I’m trying to finish an OS/2 exhibit for display, and it’s proving hard to track down usable RAM. I’d steal some from my personal model 70, but that machine is stored away and inaccessible, due to the fire. - Alex
What part number? 92G7201 or 74G1299?? On 12/24/2020 9:13 PM, Alexander Jacocks via vcf-midatlantic wrote:

Should be 92F0104 or 92F3337. However, I suspect any 2mb or 4mb 72pin parity SIMMs from this list should work: https://www.tavi.co.uk/ps2pages/ohland/MemoryReference.htm The 2mb modules are for the planar, and the 4mb for the memory expansion board.
