For the past 5 years or so I have led up the effort for main stage AV at VCF East. Friends like Ben and Reggie and a number of other awesome people have helped along the way.

Things have gotten too crazy schedule wise and I won't be able to support the AV side for 2026. It's time to hand over the reins to someone else! It's a great opportunity to play with your AV toys and get some experience.

VCF owns the beautiful Epson projector, the projection screen and pipe and drape (curtains that go behind the stage.) You will need to bring in PA, mics, cameras, cables. We have always routed and recorded video from the presenter laptop separately as well as cameras for building the side by side view.

So, does anyone on here have the drive and ability to take this over?

Happy to give information in advance if it's beneficial.

(I am still coming to VCFE 2026, hopefully get back to doing a table because I've been sitting on a number of ideas :-)
