While I'm flattered to be mentioned in this discussion, I'm nowhere near on the same level as Quinn.  She's a legend. I would be comfortable doing something on Friday, and a homebrew panel of some sort sounds like a ton of fun. Now that I've had some practice with the crowd speaking at DEFCON and VCFMW last year, it sounds like something within my wheelhouse. However, back to the subject at hand of keynotes on Saturday & Sunday.  I agree that we should not be to hasty in dismissing anyone at this juncture without a very good reason.   -Alexander 'Z' Pierson P.S. She’s not very close, being in California, but my suggestion is Quinn Dunki.  She built her own 6502 computer from scratch, named Veronica, and documented the journey in her blog ( http://quinndunki.com/blondihacks/?page_id=1761).  She is also a big fan of the Apple II, 68000, and vintage computers.  She attends the Apple Kansasfest regularly.  I keep hoping she’d come East for the VCF.  I think she would be interesting and have a fairly wide appeal.

Several of us Apple II fans know her. She's indeed awesome, and maybe we can get her to VCF West this summer. Here on the east coast, we've got Alexander "Z" Pierson and his Cactus 6502 computer. He won our top prize at VCF East last year.
