Reddit Posting for Swap Meet and VCF East
Before I post to Reddit groups, I need help knowing the proper etiquette for posting our events to Reddit groups. Does it vary from group to group based on the moderators whims? If anyone is a frequent contributor to any groups that are relevant to our hobby, then please let me know if you are able to post on my behalf. I'd be happy to post. I'm active on retrobattlestations and vintagecomputing. There's also retrocomputing, but that's not nearly as big. In general it depends on the sub whether it's 'okay' to post these things or not. Check the sub's FAQ. I'm pretty active there, if you have a question feel free to reach out. What about the Asbury Park Press. Or even one of the smaller giveaway papers. One is the Sandpaper. There's another one that's found in every Wawa, forget the name, but it has a different one for each town. Jeff, I always send a PM to the moderator address for the particular Reddit asking if this is OK to post. BTW, https://www.reddit.com/r/infoage/ I am the mod, so post away Martin On 2/9/2022 2:23 PM, Jeffrey Brace via vcf-midatlantic wrote:
