TRS-80 Home Automation System - $300 (Belmont) on Craigslist
This is like an instant VCF exhibit. I just thought this was very cool. https://nh.craigslist.org/sys/d/belmont-trs-80-home-automation-system/770690...

Not worth it! And I've got a lot more than that! :-D Really no one want the X10 stuff mostly because it doesn't work well (I'll skip the lecture on why). The CoCo 2 is worth $100-$150. I'm actually amazed at how much X10 stuff I still have (a lot more than what is shown there). Although I wish I kept that Heath Kit X10 interface. -- Linux Home Automation Neil Cherry kd2zrq@linuxha.com http://www.linuxha.com/ Main site http://linuxha.blogspot.com/ My HA Blog Author of: Linux Smart Homes For Dummies KD2ZRQ
Was going to point out this is all X10 stuff, which was never great to begin with. The coco 2 is cute though :) On Mon, Jan 22, 2024 at 4:59 PM Neil Cherry via vcf-midatlantic < vcf-midatlantic@lists.vcfed.org> wrote:

Hello! I can even top that one. The X10 stuff never did play well with people who created their own gadgetry. However, why do we now have four velociraptors walking around Infoage wearing sweaters and lined raincoats, and fedoras? ----- Gregg C Levine gregg.drwho8@gmail.com "This signature fought the Time Wars, time and again." I don’t have a link, but there was a guy selling something similar to Facebook. I think he only wanted about $30 for it. Sent from: My extremely complicated, hand held electronic device.
