Is VCFSE part of VCF? I don’t see it on the website.

Federation only owns East and West. The other shows are independent but will still be listed (to whatever degree their owners want) on our site. VCF Southeast is at http://vcfed.org/wp/festivals/vintage-computer-festival-southeast-4-0/. The menu item for it has seems to have gone missing. I can easily fix that, but probably not until I get near a computer. Will try it on my phone though....
