Re: [vcf-midatlantic] VCF East 2019 keynote suggestions?
Folks, She’s not very close, being in California, but my suggestion is Quinn Dunki. She built her own 6502 computer from scratch, named Veronica, and documented the journey in her blog ( http://quinndunki.com/blondihacks/?page_id=1761). She is also a big fan of the Apple II, 68000, and vintage computers. She attends the Apple Kansasfest regularly. I keep hoping she’d come East for the VCF. I think she would be interesting and have a fairly wide appeal. - Crawford

Several of us Apple II fans know her. She's indeed awesome, and maybe we can get her to VCF West this summer. Here on the east coast, we've got Alexander "Z" Pierson and his Cactus 6502 computer. He won our top prize at VCF East last year.
Alexander is a great guy. He would be a cool keynote and a great example of what we are all about. Bob On Mon, Jan 7, 2019 at 8:26 PM Evan Koblentz via vcf-midatlantic < vcf-midatlantic@lists.vcfed.org> wrote:

This gives me an idea. We could do a Friday panel session on * homemade * computers. There are various people to invite. I'll percolate on this for a while.... On 1/8/19 12:27 PM, Bob Flanders via vcf-midatlantic wrote:
