Swap Meet Help Needed (June 6 & 7)
It takes a village to run an event. I only have 3 volunteers committed so far for the swap meet: myself, Andrew Mattera, RJ Clark. That's not enough. I don't have the help of the Sea Cadets because their new Commander is still getting used to the new position. So .... I need MARCH/VCF members to step up and help. I'm not going to continue killing myself doing all the work with a small number of volunteers. I just need a little help from each osso that we can all enjoy the event. I will just cancel the event if I don't get enough volunteers. I need 3 volunteers on Friday, June 6. I need 16 volunteers on Saturday, June 7. ALWAYS! That is one of the hardest parts to fill. Everyone usually disappears at the end and a handful are left to clean up. It happened with VCF East this year. Two people to do the breakdown. I was there until midnight. I will put you down. Thanks!
