Probably I missed this... what time(s) can exhibitors come in and setup their tables? Where we should we park? (Not the grass!) I probably won’t be there until maybe 3pm today. -- Jameel Akari

How late is it open for exhibitor drop off? I will arrive late this evening. If closed I will head over earlier tomorrow morning. Leaving work early at some point then heading there from Northern Virginia data center land. - Ethan

They sure are on show setup day! I remember pulling in, in the 26' box truck and unloading PDP-8's,11's, VTR's and Vaxen, well after midnight, one year..... -- Matt Patoray Owner, MSP Productions KD8AMG

Oh hell yes. My groin hurts just thinking about it. But that was one hell of a VCF. I'm sure this year's will be too. I'll be there in spirit. -Dave -- Dave McGuire, AK4HZ New Kensington, PA

That is how we do magfest :-) 5 x 26' box trucks for warehouse and then there is ~14 26' penske box trucks for the arcade games. Some of those make 2 or 3 trips each though. - Ethan
Starting when the classes end at 5:30. Unfortunately the grass field is just about the only place for parking, unless you unload and then move your car to another part of the campus. We'll show you when you arrive. NO cars are allowed to park in the public show/museum areas.
