Anyone have a hardcopy of "More Basic Computer Games"
I’m trying to run “TICKERTAPE” on my Altair so I can punch out some holiday paper tape. Problem… I don’t have a copy, I’ve been trying to decipher the image on the atari archives site, but I can’t seem to get it to work. The image is really bad and I’ve had to guess on a few things. If you have a hardcopy, can you please take a high resolution photograph with a camera or your phone and email it to me. I want to send the paper tape in with my kids to school on Monday morning. Thanks, Cheers, Corey

I was curious why the scan on AtariAge was a problem And then I noticed there are different editions of this book, and the code is different This one is the same as on the AtariAge website Also just as crisp https://archive.org/stream/More_BASIC_Computer_Games#page/n175/mode/2up Dan

Wow that's short (for the Atari). -- Linux Home Automation Neil Cherry ncherry@linuxha.com http://www.linuxha.com/ Main site http://linuxha.blogspot.com/ My HA Blog Author of: Linux Smart Homes For Dummies
I like on p. 168 where he says "The only way this program can be truly appreciated is to run it." I love this. In my opinion, this is the essence of why we run original machines and not emulators. The computer and programs can't be fully appreciated. On Fri, Dec 16, 2016 at 3:57 PM, Dan Roganti via vcf-midatlantic < vcf-midatlantic@lists.vintagecomputerfederation.org> wrote:

I'll be there tomorrow pending not-too-bad snow. I know where are copy of Ahl's books are stored :) and can direct you to the sequel in question where the data lives.
