I will get around to posting my stuff in the spreadsheet soon However, I have a question When I went to pay online for tickets I forgot to find out if there was a VCF member discount for vendors to the swap meet? Yes. Usually in October. I can't remember specifically, but likely several reasons: 1) Avoid conflicting dates with InfoAge events/visitors 2) Avoid dates like Comic Con that would conflict 3) It's better for me because I have off the two days before the event. 4) We've had it in November before and it was 70 degrees! 5) We want it to be colder so that people buy more VCF hoodies ;) If it doesn't work well, then I would shift it next year.
