I have a box of 8" disks wuth various CPM stuff on then (Fortran, Bds C, some other C). An NCR AT but riser (specific to NCR machines) A PC104 AT Riser A Digiport 8 (I think) port card and cable. A CR drive that takes a tray (no tray). Probably SCSI - DM3021 (Texel?) A CR drive that may take a tray (no tray) NEC-CDR-55JD I have a bunch of AT cards and I think a few old PCI (?) cards. I won't be at the swap meet but will be at Sunday's repair workshop from 12-5PM I will have in the CDL tonight in a cardboard box. A donation to the CDL would be nice but I'm not expecting any money for these items. Rather not see them dumped in recycling if someone can use them. I'll see what else I have. I think I have some stuff for Greg. I'll bring those tonight to the CDL also. PS: If anyone is going to the LSSM museum please let me know. As I have a couple of Cisco routers going there. Hello! Definitely the stuff with my name on it. Also include the misc stuff entered into "I have a bunch of AT cards and I think a few old PCI (?) cards." Now I won't be at the Sunday event, but will be in on Saturday morning, so why not leave them in a good spot within the CDL. Oh and brief Jeff B about this so he'll have a good idea where to place them. ----- Gregg C Levine gregg.drwho8@gmail.com "This signature fought the Time Wars, time and again." My plan is to leave to collection (hehe) in the CDL and it will be on the back bench by the telephone rack. The reason not at the front is that Martin will be using those to work on various things on the front desks. I'm going to load things up in the car shortly. Anything not taken will be recycled, the CDL can't be use as long term storage for this stuff. Hello! It'll be okay. The velociraptor sleeps during the day in the podcasting room. He only wanders around outside at night. ----- Gregg C Levine gregg.drwho8@gmail.com "This signature fought the Time Wars, time and again." On Mon, Jun 5, 2023 at 1:48 PM Bart Hirst <bart.hirst@vcfed.org> wrote:

Velociraptors? what am I missing here? (confused as always) But on to a more important note; I put a large black plastic bin on a bench in the CDL, It has blue painters tape and say "Neil's collection", inside of that is another black box for Greg. I put blue painters tape and it says Greg, that's for Greg the rest is whom ever wants them. At some later date I'll have a few AT&T 1990's Laptops (Safari 3151 like) available with a loose collection of old drives. I'm not sure if these work and I doubt I have the power bricks for them. Let me know if anyone is interested. I also found a few more Motorola boards and my Heath Kit ET3400 6809 upgrade (yea!). These are staying with me for now. :-) PS: I want the 2 plastic containers back unharmed (please). -- Linux Home Automation Neil Cherry kd2zrq@linuxha.com http://www.linuxha.com/ Main site http://linuxha.blogspot.com/ My HA Blog Author of: Linux Smart Homes For Dummies KD2ZRQ
Hello! Neil, I looked over the room yesterday. I, ah, even asked the site staff about it, and did not find the container you were thinking of. Can you look for it again and make sure it is still there? Also I'll be in for the July event, which is a Saturday for me. Basically the Sunday portion is one I normally don't do because, ah, my family is still at odds over my trooping to NJ for these events. Oh and Neil, the dino reference is because a good collection of individuals inside my Linux Users Group were firmly convinced that the IBM mainframe belongs in the same place as the different examples inside the AMNH building where they are. I picked the velociraptor, because they and several others showed signs of intelligence beyond that of the typical collection of such individuals. Including the crowd who swapped spaces for the Yeti in Dave's place. Something about the Yeti being needed elsewhere this week. Oh and about the stuff described here, "At some later date I'll have a few AT&T 1990's Laptops (Safari 3151 like) available with a loose collection of old drives. I'm not sure if these work and I doubt I have the power bricks for them. Let me know if anyone is interested." As you'd expect I am interested in the drives. ----- Gregg C Levine gregg.drwho8@gmail.com "This signature fought the Time Wars, time and again." Oh my aching field density equalizers! That means someone claimed both items. Well perhaps they'll have a better idea what to do with the stuff you had in mind regarding me.
