It reminds me of the April Fool's Joke that Justin Jernighan did many year's ago when he said that due to some IRS technicality we had to change the organization name from Mid-Atlantic Retro Computing Hobbyists to Mid-Atlantic Retro Computing Hoarders. Because it sounded like a very technical explanation and serious some people believed it. Very similar to how he explained the difference with Trademark and Registered Trademark symbols.
