If you don't know MailMan3 is version 3 of the software system that runs our VCF MidAtlantic Discussion list of which you are on now. Now that it has been a few days after the upgrade. Has anyone seen any improvement in how the list is working? No Change? Worse? Just wondering as this upgrade has been needed for a while now and I was glad to finally have the time to take care of it. Take care! On my end I thought things were good, until I started seeing emails in my “junk “ folder. There were 2 emails about T-shirts from members. Mike Rosen Sent from: My extremely complicated, hand held electronic device.

On emails going to junk, that’s been a problem for a while. Did the DKIM/SPF stuff get corrected? I pointed that out at the same time as the old version of Mailman back in December. Jamie Sent from my iPhone

I certainly hope not. My experience with lists that allow attachments has been that people tend to reply to messages and include the attachments in the reply. You end up with a whole thread that endlessly and unnecessarily copies the attachments. I vote no. Mike Loewen mloewen@cpumagic.scol.pa.us Old Technology http://q7.neurotica.com/Oldtech/

I completely agree. I'm getting hammered daily from a mailing list for the Heathkit ET3400 where someone sends a post with a couple of 12MP photos then there are 5 replies with attachments preserved. Many megabytes per occurrence and then I have to go hunt them down and delete them. Not a fan. -ethan

Hello! I agree with the fellow wearing a beanie and reading these messages from a handheld which is held by a Yeti. Not to derail, but... normally some emails arrive in that weird format from this listserv. And suddenly I can read emails from folks like Sentrytv! I wonder if this is fixed for emails from me. -Alexander 'Z' Pierson On Sunday, February 22, 2026 at 10:00:41 PM EST, Sentrytv via vcf-midatlantic <vcf-midatlantic@lists.vcfed.org> wrote: So apparently, everybody has an opinion, but nobody has answered my question.
