Having a Swapmeet in the same space as the consignment.
Not during VCF East, but at multiple times during the year.
Yes, it is much smaller than outdoor space but it will allow you to have it more times during the year and the weather issue is minimal.
I also realize loading and unloading probably is an issue, but please consider the suggestion.

I saw those kids dressed in uniform near the door. I thought they were actually checking receipts because when I purchased my item I showed them my receipt and they just didn’t seem to care.! Now I know why. I can confirm the fact that the guys running this consignment had their hands full without having to check receipts and “packages “. It’s a lot like the whole VCF process. It’s a learning experience. Hopefully, we learned from our mistakes!. But yes, even one person at the door just checking wouldn’t hurt. Hey, where was Ian?
