There is no doubt that accepting up to $20 bills could limit the purchases made. It is always safer to have extra cash for “change”. But then they will want to pay by electronic payment. And that has its rewards and caveats as well. Either way, not accepting large bills, and not accepting electronic payments, will certainly limit sales for the day. That actually could be a warning for the entire event. Vendors may not accept any bills larger than a $20.00. That isn't a bad policy to have. Larger bills can be problematic.
