OK. According to Rick: "The survey machine is working correctly. For Q7, you can only use each number (1,2,3,4,5) once, because you are asked to RANK the five choices. If you try to rank two things with the same value then it will correctly clear one of the previous entries. It will automatically number them for you if you just drag and drop the choices. This works on any device, laptop/ipad/phone."
